Payroll Consultant

As a payroll consultant, you will work with payroll administration and handling inquiries from clients, responding to cases from employees and managers regarding laws, agreements, and regulations. Our working method is team-based and requires you to enjoy working in a group towards common goals.

You will be in contact with managers, employees, and HR functions at client authorities as well as other authorities and external parties. For example, you will handle around 500-1000 payrolls per month for one or more different authorities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A vocational diploma as a payroll specialist and/or at least two years of work experience in the payroll field where payroll processing has been the main task.

Furthermore, you should have the following abilities:

• To create structure in your work
• To ensure quality and delivery
• To communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• To provide good service
• To engage and drive work forward
• To independently take responsibility for your tasks
• To have the ability to collaborate and contribute positively to the work group's climate

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working with payroll administration within public administration
• Worked with the payroll system Primula
• Experience and application of laws and agreements within the payroll area

Other

The employment is 100% and permanent. We usually apply a six-month probationary period. The position is located in Gothenburg. This employment requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be placed in a war position based on the needs of total defense.
